Supervised Practice
After the theory component, participants must complete supervised practice with a qualified practitioner in their clinical area to enhance person-centred care skills. This will involve supervised practice of venipuncture and Cannulation which must be done within 12 weeks. Participants are responsible for completing and confirming this with their line manager.
