Course Overview

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Training course equips participants with the essential skills and confidence to respond effectively in life-threatening emergencies. This hands-on program covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and techniques to relieve choking. Participants will learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, provide immediate care, and work efficiently as part of a resuscitation team until professional medical help arrives. Ideal for healthcare providers, first responders, and anyone who wants to be prepared to save lives, this training follows current international guidelines and emphasises practical application through real-life scenarios.
